Refund policy

Ready-made knives may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unsharpened, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Contact Bar S Bar Knives before returning any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Custom, commissioned, personalized, engraved, altered, and final-sale knives cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Bar S Bar Knives immediately with photographs. Defects in materials or craftsmanship are handled under the Maker’s Warranty.
